Here are some handy hints and tips for preparing for the show and for travelling to and from Fira Gran Via.

ISE

Be sure to print your badge before you set off for Barcelona, and bring it with you – you must show your printed badge to enter Fira. You can download your badge from your registration confirmation email (subject line ‘You’ve successfully registered to attend ISE 2026’).

There are plenty of resources available to help you plan your visit in advance. If you’re new to the show, the Discover ISE for the first time webpage offers a concise summary of what the show is about, how it’s organised and what there is to see.

The show app has full details of exhibitors, content programme sessions and more, and also features tools for building your agenda and storing notes and photos during the show. Also on board: opt-in networking, wayfinding, plus our AI chatbot dAVe who is waiting to answer your questions.

The app and the ISE website both feature an AI tool that automatically creates a personal event schedule for you – simply enter your company name and job title to generate suggestions. You can then refine these by indicating where your specific interests lie.

The show’s official media can also help you plan. The ISE Daily Preview Edition is packed with what’s on information as well as interviews with prominent figures in the ISE 2026 content programme.

The official Show Guide is also available online right now – and printed copies will be available as you enter the show. You can then also pick up the latest edition of the ISE Daily show newspaper, produced on-site and printed overnight. Completing the trio is a handy-sized fold-out floorplan.

There are numerous travel options for getting to and from Fira Gran Via.

If you’re coming from outside Barcelona, be sure to pick up your free public transportation ticket. You can get this in the Terminal 1 or Terminal 2B baggage claim halls in Barcelona airport today or tomorrow  (09:00-20:00), at FGC in Plaça Espanya tomorrow or Wednesday (07:00-13:00), or inside Fira’s South, East or North Accesses during the show. Just show your badge, printed or digital (in the show app), to collect it. It is valid on show days, for up to 72 hours from first use, and can be used on the Barcelona train, metro and bus systems in the central zone (Zone 1).

ISE is running free shuttle buses from Plaça Espanya to North Access each morning of the show from 08:30, and from North and South Access to Plaça Espanya from 16:00 each afternoon (14:00 on Friday). There is also a shuttle service between the North and South Accesses throughout the day. Just show your ISE badge as you board.

Fira is close to three TMB Metro stations: Fira and Europa | Fira stations on line L9 South serve the East and South Accesses, while Foc station on line L10 South serves the North Access.

If you’re using taxis, it’s worth knowing that a taxi rank has been added this year outside East Access, in addition to the existing ones outside the South and North Accesses.

The show opens fully at 10:00 each morning. You can enter via the South, East or North Accesses. To reduce queuing outside and to achieve a more even spread of people through the show grounds, Halls 1, 2, 3 and 8.0 (Audio Demo Rooms) plus the upper walkway will be open from 09:00.

Towards the end of each show day, waiting times for taxis and metro services will be shown on screens inside Fira, and in the official show app. Note that there is a direct exit to Fira metro station from the -1 level inside the South Access.
