The new version of the Aracast Designer software (v3.0) for digital signage creation comes with an enhanced, customisable interface that is claimed to be “much more intuitive for inexperienced users, but with the same usability and more capabilities for power users”.
The program allows users to design and deliver digital content to a display or groups of displays, and enables designers to perform a variety of tasks, such as creating and distributing templates (including HTML5 objects), managing networked players, monitoring the activity and status of these players/displays, performing network administration functions, and assigning user roles and permissions with the Aracast Role Management System, all in the same interface.
To cope with irregularly shaped displays, the Aracast engineers have developed a user-friendly interface to deal with such applications, allowing users to create completely free templates and make the most of a stunning LED display or irregular shaped videowall.
