Expansion interfaces enhance Analog Way VIO 4K

Analog Way’s VIO 4K is a powerful multi-format converter that offers the latest generation of digital connectivity. It includes three slots for optional I/O interfaces to provide optimum versatility and double or triple the VIO 4K’s output capability.

Through a new set of expansion modules, the VIO 4K goes beyond its conversion capabilities to become the first multi-format converter that simultaneously supports 4K60 4:4:4, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G-SDI, the company says.

Designed to provide flexibility, the VIO 4K stretches the limits of image quality while providing true 4K60 4:4:4 to fit with the increasing demand for 4K.

In addition to the audio processing module with professional XLR analogue and AES/EBU audio connections, VIO 4K is now available with a Dante audio interface supporting up to eight bidirectional Dante audio channels. When fully loaded, VIO 4K features up to nine inputs and three independently scaled outputs. Analog Way says it is proud to offer the most powerful conversion tool with its ability to output up to 26 million pixels.
