India’s luxury MAYFAIR Lake Resort has become the country’s first domestic hotel chain to feature end-to-end integration with HARMAN Professional Solutions.
Opened in 2019, the MAYFAIR Lake Resort is both a popular travel destination and a premium event location, featuring high end restaurants, over 124 rooms and suites and a range of spa, salon and health and fitness facilities. When it came to specifying the resort’s AV technology, installation firm Qubix Technologies opted for an assortment of solutions from HARMAN Professional, including a variety of Martin lighting fixtures and JBL Professional loudspeakers.
“MAYFAIR needed a multi-aspect, cross-category solution for their new property in Raipur,” said Rhythm Arora of Qubix Technologies. “From audio and video over IP signal distribution, to lighting, microphones, mixers and speakers, we sourced products from HARMAN because of their complete solutions,” said Rhythm Arora of Qubix Technologies.
For lighting, Qubix Technologies deployed an array of Martin fixtures, including 40 Martin Exterior Wash 200, 32 Exterior Wash 100 and six Exterior Wash 210 fixtures. Indoor spaces were illuminated with two RUSH MH5 Profile compact moving heads and 96 RUSH CS1200 Graze linear wash fixtures. The lighting system also includes eight Martin DMX 5.3 Splitters to ensure peak operation and maintain DMX signal throughout the hotel.
