ENTECH expands roadshow format

Touring show of Australian and New Zealand cities, now in its 31st year, has expanded beyond traditional exhibition format to incorporate live demos, theatre programming and networking

ENTECH has relaunched its annual touring event under the banner “From Roadshow to Experience”, introducing dedicated interactive demo zones for audio and vision alongside an expanded theatre programme as it opens registrations for 2026.

The event, which describes itself as the only AV and entertainment technology show to visit every major population centre in Australia and New Zealand, will tour Australian capital cities in May before heading to New Zealand in July. Registration is free.

Kate McKenzie, CEO of ENTECH, said: “ENTECH is officially no longer just a touring exhibition – it is now a complete industry experience combining theatre, interactive demo zones and live technical performance. All in one roadshow, under one roof.”

The format includes no paywalled conference sessions or ticketed add-ons, with all content available to registered exhibitors and visitors alike. McKenzie added: “This unique model concentrates the entire audience – buyers, specifiers, integrators, consultants, production houses and emerging suppliers – into one dynamic, fast-moving environment.”

ENTECH reports an average 22 percent year-on-year increase in new trade visitors historically, with at least 15 percent representing new-entrant AV and production suppliers and integrators.
