Neat opens UK Experience Centre in London

New facility offers customers and partners hands-on access to company’s portfolio of video collaboration devices

Neat has opened its first UK Experience Centre in London, supported by an expanded partner ecosystem and a growing local team. The company says the move is designed to strengthen its presence in “one of the world’s most active unified communications (UC) markets”, where demand for AI-driven collaboration continues to rise.

The new London space complements Neat’s existing research centre in Cambridge and offers customers and partners hands-on access to the company’s portfolio of video collaboration devices. It will serve as a hub for live demonstrations, workshops, and partner engagement, showcasing how Neat’s hardware and software can be deployed across modern hybrid meeting environments.

Neat says the UK expansion follows year-on-year growth of more than 30 percent and a 110 percent increase in its UK team during 2025.

Alongside the new facility, Neat has introduced a four-tier partner structure – Authorised, Advanced, Premier, and Mastery – intended to support resellers and integrators through enhanced channel management, pre-sales support, and marketing resources. The company says the structure is designed to help partners scale their business and align more closely with Neat’s go-to-market strategy.
