Jabra launches Engage AI Complete for call centre agents

Premier tier of software provides agents with live coaching and automated call summaries, while supervisors gain real-time insights and sentiment analysis

Jabra, a leading professional audio brand, has launched its Engage AI Complete, a new premier tier of its call centre software solution aimed at driving better customer conversations and outcomes for agents.

Jabra says that, with Engage AI Complete, call centre agents receive live coaching and automated call summaries, while supervisors gain real-time insights, sentiment analysis and powerful analytics tools.

The platform uses AI to transcribe conversations live, enabling agents to focus on the caller rather than note-taking. It also analyses not only what’s said but how it’s said, helping agents adjust their tone in real time.

Additionally, the platform uses AI to cut through background noise to ensure clearer conversations, powered by Jabra’s ClearSpeech technology.

Jabra launched Engage AI in 2022 to bring real-time tone monitoring and feedback to agents. In 2024, ClearSpeech was introduced, removing background noise from the customer’s end to improve clarity and reduce cognitive loads on agents.

Jabra Engage AI Complete will be available globally in June 2025. The original version, now called Engage AI Core, remains available at €25/$25 per user per month.
