Free AV and broadcast convergence eBook still available

Produced in partnership with TVBE and TV Tech magazines, Installation’s latest eBook explores tech convergence, at ISE 2026 and beyond, and features product insight and thought leadership from Sony, Vizrt, Matrox, AJA, Wyrestorm and Sennheiser

Installation has published its annual technology trends eBook ahead of Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, which opens in Barcelona on February 3. The publication focuses on convergence, examining how pro AV and broadcast technologies are increasingly intersecting across workflows, infrastructure and applications. It positions convergence not as an emerging trend, but as a defining characteristic of today’s creative production ecosystem.

Produced in partnership with TVBE and TV Tech magazines, the eBook forms Installation’s annual review of key technology trends in the run-up to ISE 2026, where convergence will be one of the key themes.

The eBook includes a preview of ISE 2026, alongside coverage of selected products confirmed for launch at the show. It also takes a deeper look at the ongoing migration of broadcast technologies into AV, and how this shift is influencing system design, integration and content delivery.

In addition, the publication features promotional articles from eBook sponsors Sony and Vizrt, as well as thought leadership bylines from Vizrt, Matrox, AJA, Wyrestorm and Sennheiser, offering perspectives on convergence, interoperability and the evolving professional technology ecosystem.
