Xpresenter’s graphics template approach is said to enable the airline’s staff to easily update the network with promotional videos, local news and information regarding Air Canada products, policies and procedures. Automatic updating from data feeds enables the network to also include data such as flight departure information, stock prices and weather maps.
Since its introduction in November, CAN has been recognised by the International Travel Catering Association with a Mercury Award in the systems and processing category.
