Control room visulisation solutions developer Vtron has opened a new Technical Support Centre in Hong Kong as the company builds on overseas expansion.
The new facility will act as a central hub for technical support, repair service, and spare parts supply, and will provide after sales service support to customers around the world.
As “Vtron keeps expanding larger and larger in the overseas market, we will dedicate more resources to support our customers from around the world,” stated Michael To, Vtron’s technical support manager.
The Technical Support Centre’s role is intended to enhance the support for customers from various countries. “There are also more services support staff and technical experts in the centre now, and we can provide a faster response and quality service to all our partners,” To added.
