UNICOL is continuing to expand its selection of consumer products in 2010. New products reaching the market include the AZANA stand for large LCD plasma screens and the GKX Gyrolock projector mount for home cinema applications.
According to UNICOL, the AZANA’s “elegant looks and large glass shelves combined with a swivel screen to provide the best viewing angle” give rise to a “valuable addition” to any home visual installation.
Meanwhile, the GKX Gyrolock projector mount features a distinctive minimal style with universal fixing to make it suitable for easy universal installation. The full tilt and turn adjustments give additional flexibility, while the ‘close to the ceiling’ feature and neat appearance render the projector unobtrusive.
UNICOL is also introducing the SL8, which is billed as the “slimmest mount in the world” at only 7.5mm for the back of the screen to the wall. Designed specifically for new backlit thin screens, the universal mount covers all displays from 32-65in for both portrait and landscape formats.
Looking ahead, UNICOL is planning to introduce a range of products oriented towards electrically controlled flat screens and projectors in the professional home cinema market.
Taking stock after the recent ISE exhibition, UNICOL’s Susan Scholz told IE Residential: “ISE 2010 was of great importance for us at UNICOL; it gave us the opportunity to meet up with existing customers and introduce ourselves to new customers. The atmosphere throughout the entire show was personable and friendly. It was also good to hear that our service capabilities are being fulfilled and well received. All of our partners were very knowledgeable in their own field and the working liaison added to a comprehensive range of solutions being offered. There was recognition within the industry that UNICOL continues to be an innovative company bringing new and unchallenged products onto the market.”
