Samsung installs 4K displays at US trampoline parks

Company's 65in QBC Series 4K UHD screens deployed at ten Altitude Trampoline Park locations, supported by cloud-based VXT content management system and AI monitoring

Samsung Electronics America has installed 65in QBC Series 4K UHD displays across ten Altitude Trampoline Park locations in the US as part of a pilot programme. The screens were deployed at front desks, food counters and private party rooms for the family entertainment destinations.

The unified digital ecosystem, which also features the company’s Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT) content management system and CieloVision AI monitoring, has replaced legacy tools and static signage.

Samsung says the cloud-based VXT platform is designed to allow franchise owners to schedule content, update promotions and adjust pricing, bringing more control and efficiency to daily operations. VXT-powered content streamlines checking-in for visitors and guides them through the waiver process, which the company says reduces wait times.

In the concessions areas, digital menu boards provide customers with real-time updates about promotions and new offerings. Franchise owners can test advertisements or schedule deals for specific times of the day.

The CieloVision AI-powered monitoring system uses cameras to analyse activity on the trampoline court, which is designed to improve staff response times and boost situational awareness.

Jessica McDonald, vice-president of marketing at Altitude Trampoline Park, said: “What excites us most is how our digital signage ecosystem connects the entire guest journey and helps us deliver the energy, safety and fun that define our brand. We now operate smarter and engage guests more meaningfully to remain at the forefront of family entertainment.”

Heather Gramcko, executive director of solutions and services at Samsung Electronics America, added: “VXT was built for the scale and speed of today’s connected businesses. It marks the next evolution in digital display management, giving franchise operators and national brands a smarter, more strategic way to engage audiences and manage their operations.”
