The purchase of the PR Lighting equipment was made at this year’s PLASA exhibition in London. “We bought them straight off the stand, checked and tested them at our facility in Utrecht, and then shipped them straight to the theatre,” said Lightco’s Gerrit Schottert. “We had already done a demo of both the XL1200 and XL700s, and the clients had conducted their own research on the internet.”
Supplied to the venue within a brisk two-week timeframe, the fixtures are part of a lighting rig that incorporates a wide range of generic and moving lights. Control is provided by a Flying Pig Road Hog desk that was also supplied by Lightco.
