Keen to use the smallest possible fixtures – enabling them to be recessed and concealed in the surrounding ceiling – with a wide range of colour and dynamics, Fisher opted to use four Robe ColorMix 250AT and eight Robe MS Zoom 250XT fixtures, all of which are mounted around the fountain.
The fixtures – supplied by Robe SEA – are programmed to throw an array of colour and gobo chases onto the water, around the base area of the fountain, onto the water jets, and the surrounding areas. The regular ten-minute shows are run from a DMX recorder, linked into the building management control system.
“The service from Robe SEA is really excellent, and the product was small and robust, so just perfect for the application,” commented Jason Fischer.
