A large-format modular LED screen from PCB Digital has been installed at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), with Magna Systems handling supply and integration.
The screen measures 15m x 3m and is designed to be separated into individual 3m sections, giving the broadcaster flexibility across different studio configurations. Both the individual sections and the combined screen are driven by a single Novastar H2 video processor. The installation comprises 180 cabinets using modules with a 1.9mm pixel pitch.
Magna Systems, founded in 1968, is a systems integration specialist serving the broadcast and telecommunications industries across the Asia Pacific region, with offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand and Singapore.
