New Adamson system for multi-purpose Brazilian theatre

The sound specification for the 350-seat theatre includes four SpekTrix enclosures, two SpekTrix W cabinets and two SpekTrix subwoofers. According to Adamson, the SpekTrix system provides sufficient coverage from the front rows to the back of the theatre without requiring massive trim height.

The Adamson equipment was sold through SOTEX, the manufacturer’s distributor for Brazil, and installed by Marc Systems.

The opening gala featured a set by singer Fernanda Takai, whose PA technician, Jo_o Libarino, praised the performance of the Adamson equipment. “The front and lateral projection of the system was perfect in all the resonating areas,” he said. “The set-up for Fernanda Takai’s show was very satisfying.”
