Maritime Media Services supplied a trailer with 35sqm LED screen three days before the event to avoid the on-site traffic taking about half an hour to erect because it is operated by hydraulic power. The adjustable anemometer was raised to its mandatory 11 metre height as the weather forecast was for strong wind and torrential downpours. In the end the weather, whilst wet, did not cause any concerns with wind speeds.
The software platform was SCALA and the content run was a mixture of film, animation and static information. The content was provided by the event organisers, Maritime Media and some sponsors and exhibitors.
