Legrand’s Arteor building automation system has been installed in the show home of Fielding Meadow – an eco-development being built in Ratby, Leicestershire by Cawrey Homes. Comprising 36 sustainable homes, the development meets Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, while the show home incorporates a raft of environmentally-friendly features and technologies that enable it to use an estimated 35 to 50 per cent less energy than a standard new build home. These features include living sedum roofs, air source heat pumps and the Arteor building automation system, which controls lighting and audio throughout the four-bedroom, detached show home property.
