AV solutions distributor Invision UK has added the new Cynema Soundfield system from Niles Audio to its portfolio.
The Cynema Soundfield is the industry’s first in-wall soundbar. It features an in-wall mounting system that allows it to be centred under flat-panel displays without cutting or drilling wall studs. Modules snap in from the front into rails mounted on the wall’s studs, and can be adjusted between the studs as needed to find the right soundfield.
Other features include small foldable L-shaped brackets located on each side of the speaker modules that enable installers to temporarily hang the modules on the in-wall mounting system’s rails. This frees up the installer’s hands, simplifying the speaker terminal connection process.
The in-wall soundbar consists of left, right, and centre self-contained speaker module and is also available as a passive 48in model.
