Designed for the 220-240V/50Hz international marketplace, the DIN Rail style HAI Omni-Bus Lighting Control Network provides hard-wired and wireless solutions.

The products are broken down into four segments: Core Products (Required), Load Control Modules, Switch Interfaces and Accessories. Products are available for the control of lighting loads, fans, motors, pumps and more.

In total, 27 new items are available, including two styles of switch interfaces (white and brushed stainless) with wired and wireless options available. HAI’s 6-Channel Universal Switch Interface Module allows third-party switches to control the Omni-Bus network and anything under the purview of an HAI system.

The HAI Omni-Bus lighting system fully integrates with HAI automation controllers, providing control of Omni-Bus devices using standard HAI interfaces and software applications, including Snap-Link Mobile for iPhone and Android. Lighting may be integrated into HAI scenes, enabling lighting to be controlled by schedule, time, event and more.

Power modules feed power to Omni-Bus devices on the network, while switches, load control and other DIN rail modules connect to the Omni-Bus network using standard CAT5 wiring. Omni-Bus communicates with Omni or Lumina home control systems using the Interface Translator DIN Rail Module. Programming is accomplished with a simple software tool using the USB Programming Interface Unit.

“We are excited to offer these affordable and reliable lighting products to our international customers,” said’s HAI director of international sales & marketing, Allison Read. “With a dedicated HAI lighting line and interfaces available in several languages, the end-user will be completely comfortable in a home 100% controlled and monitored by HAI solutions.”

Webinars explaining the new HAI Omni-Bus product line will be conducted in both English (18 May) and Spanish (25 May). Details and registration for the webinars can be found here: www.homeauto.com/NewsAndEvents/Webinars/webinar.asp
