Friedland has launched a range of wired and wireless CCTV products that use digital technology to provide the highest standards of security while being easy to install and maintain.
Ideal for both residential and commercial applications, the Response range of CCTV products can protect even remote buildings, deterring intruders and recording any incident on digital media.
The wired CCTV range is supplied in a range of kits that can be expanded using various accessories, making it suitable for many applications. The system is based around a robust, weatherproof camera that is certified against water ingress up to IP54 and has 9m night vision with 11 infra red LEDs for low light illumination.
The camera has a 50 degree viewing angle and can be used to expand a current system or can be connected directly to a TV or monitor. The camera can be plugged into either a two or four-channel digital video recorder (DVR) that will record either 12 or 120 hours per channel, depending on the model selected. It will also provide a date stamp and has a motion detector, so it will only record movement in order not to waste any memory.
At the top of the wired CCTV range are the professional kits that feature IP54 colour dome cameras that offer high resolution images together with adjustable pan and tilt with a 72 degree viewing angle. They are paired with high resolution outdoor cameras with a 50m range of night vision that have a 53 degree viewing angle. These are combined with a 160GB DVR that can record four cameras simultaneously and provide up to 120 hours recording time.
The wireless CCTV range is based on a similarly robust camera with 7m night vision and a 60 degree viewing angle that is paired with a wireless receiving unit with a range of 100m. It can be combined with a two-channel DVR that also gives a time and date stamp and, fitted with a 2GB SD memory card, will record up to 12 hours of video per channel or up to 20,000 photos.
