In a space chiefly designed for chamber music, Aris-Pro specified a small but high-impact system of d&b audiotechnik Qi10 loudspeakers and Qi subwoofers, with additional Ci80s for surround. The system will be used primarily for speech-based events and for playback when the room is employed for dance training.
“We find that d&b products perform exceptionally well in terms of speech intelligibility and conform to their predicted coverage,” said Elena Shabalina, acoustic engineer with Aris-Pro. “The Qi-Series, like all d&b systems, is also very musical – an extremely important consideration in such a sensitive environment.”
Other equipment specified and installed by Aris-Pro included a Soundcraft GB4 mixing console.
