The Crestron installation is based around a central control unit designed to oversee the entire system either by wireless touchpanel or lectern-mount touchpanel. The system operator also has the option of controlling the entire system via a touchpanel installed on the rack in the projection room.
The control system comprises a mainframe, RF transceiver, touch-panel and screen motor controller. Other equipment installed in the conference rooms includes videoconferencing systems, multimedia projectors, interactive boards and tablets, CD and DVD players, digital mixers, and full sets of wireless, lectern and stand-mounted microphones.
