Systems accessible via the Crestron devices include home automation, audio and video distribution, surveillance, and local and distributed AV entertainment equipment.
“The Crestron system we’ve installed gives the resident one simple user-friendly interface to control the lighting, HVAC, CCTV, curtains and entertainment products whilst seamlessly communicating with other areas of the apartment. Alongside this you have the added benefit of being able to execute multiple functions at the push of a button,” said Jana Malhas, general manager at Ultimate Solutions.
Specific Crestron devices installed include a TPS4000 touch panel, situated in the office and offering complete control of the entire apartment; a wall-mounted TPS4000L in the entrance for entry system control; and an MC2E processor, enabling integration and control of all systems.
Other Crestron equipment includes a TPMC-8X 8.4in WiFi touch panel, a TPMC-8X-DS desktop docking station, a CNXRMC room control module, a CNXHUB network expander hub and a CNPWSI-75 75W system power supply.
