The resulting installations span all five of the school’s campuses and includes 38 screens, which are used to relay all manner of important news and information to students, staff and visiting groups. Content can be location-specific, including welcome messages in the entrance areas, global news and lecture information in high-traffic areas, and training class details in the IT department.
According to Stein-Oddvar Evensen, communication consultant at BI, the school is “really satisfied with Scala Content Manager’s ability to handle different types of content like pictures, messages and videos. Now that we’ve used Scala for a while, we feel our experience within digital communications has grown tremendously. We are currently looking into new ways to automate the content, which will allow us more time to produce better information campaigns with clearer messages and dynamic effects.”
