Intended for high-end club install applications, the Q-Spot 575 is said to offer “striking” colours, motorised focus, vector movement, full range dimming and 16-bit resolution.

The 16-channel unit is fitted with a 575W HMI lamp boasting a life expectancy of up to 1,000 hours and incorporates a head design which allows movement within a 540_ (pan) and 270_ (tilt) range. The colour wheel offers eight solid dichroic colours, one split colour and one quad colour – plus white – and is capable of producing bi-directional rainbow spins. Multiple gobos can be morphed to produce a myriad of scenic effects and the Q-Spot 575 comes fitted with 15 gobos (including three glass), plus another five spares.

The full Q Series currently includes Q-Spot 575, Q-Spot 250, Q-Wash250, Q-Spot 150, Q-Mix, Q-Scan & Q-Roll 250s and Q-Scan & Q-Roll 150s.

Chauvet has also introduced its latest flagship Legend Series models offering enhanced dimmer/shutter functions, accelerated colour and gobo changes and increased flexibility in pan and tilt movements.
