AV distributor Invision is heading to CEDIA Expo with products from a number of leading manufacturers and developers, including Logitech, Monster, Netstreams, NaimNet, Parasound, Polk Audio, PS Audio, ReQuest and Waterfall. Invision is also promoting Invision Express, its ‘one-stop’ supply service.

NaimNet is showing its multi-room audio over IP system, which can be integrated with lighting, heating and security systems. Key components include audiophile-grade music servers and a four-channel DAB/FM tuner. Follow Invision exhibitor NetStreams is the developer of the DigiLinX multi-room audio, video and control system, as well as the underlying StreamNet technology used by NaimNet and other manufacturers.

Making its debut at CEDIA Expo this year, Pakedge creates networking products, including ultra-high power wireless access points and managed Ethernet switches, designed for custom AV installers.

ReQuest offers a 1TB V5 Media Server, with additional storage available through the use of inexpensive NAS. Adding ReQuest’s IMC (Intelligent Media Client) creates a complete entertainment system delivering multi-room music, video, photos and web-based widgets such as weather, share prices and web cams.

Polk Audio now offers more than 40 models of custom installation loudspeaker and subwoofer. Where space is limited or where there are no rear speakers, the Polk SurroundBar Series uses patented SDA Surround Digital Technology to achieve surround sound from one slim unit.

ThemeScene is showcasing its new HD82 full HD home cinema projector. Incorporating the latest DLP technology, it also has Optoma’s PureShift lens system, which enables the vertical and horizontal position of the projected image to be adjusted without moving the position of the projector.

Waterfall Audio’s eye-catching Hurricane EVO speakers make their debut at this year’s CEDIA Expo. Designed with the residential custom installer in mind and with a selection of optional coloured grilles, these on-wall satellite speakers should please listeners and interior designers.

Also on the Invision stand, visitors can find Monster cable – including speed-rated HDMI designs – and AV mounting systems from Vogel’s.
