BenQ’s LW61ST eco projector

BenQ's latest projector is designed to keep cost of ownership down through its Eco Mode feature.

The LW61ST from BenQ is the first education projector built on the company’s BlueCore light engine next-generation technology. Designed to bring images to life while keeping the total cost of ownership down, the LW61ST is said to offer an average 20,000 hours of reliable brightness in Eco Mode. Additional features include 80,000:1 ultra-high contrast ratio – which the company claims delivers outstanding images and crisp clear content – and instant on/off features said to save time on projector warm up or cool down. Furthermore the mercury-free light source is more environmentally friendly and safer than other offerings. The BlueCore light engine is also said to utilise the qualities of a laser light source to achieve optimised energy efficiency, projection performance and readiness. www.benq.com
