Exterity solutions have been selected by BAI Hotel Cebu, Philippines, to provide TV and video entertainment in each of its 690 guest rooms, as well as digital signage in public areas and meeting rooms.
BAI Hotel Cebu, located between the cities of Mandaue and Cebu, is a contemporary business hotel in one of the Philippines’ most popular business and leisure destinations. The hotel wanted to reflect its commitment to modernity, by offering guests the latest in-room entertainment and easy access to hotel news and facilities.
The Exterity installation consists of ArtioSign digital signage to display events, promotions, advertisements and wayfinding in the hotel reception and public areas. Guests can watch films as well as 60 local and international TV channels, offered through their in-room entertainment portal. Exterity ArtioPortal middleware integrates with Agilysys’ Property Management System (PMS) and Samsung hospitality SmartTVs. The solution was deployed by Exterity partner, LS Technology Solutions Philippines, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Technology Solutions Pte.
