EMEA distributor Amber International will stock the newly launched Kinetik Labs KISP-E200-IC speaker. Designed for in-ceiling installations, or other suitable surfaces such as plasterboard walls, the powerful two-way speaker features a pivoting tweeter that provides the user with a ‘more engaging listening experience’.
The KISP-E200-IC offers smooth and engaging bass and mid notes, thanks to a rigid 200mm (8in) Polypropylene bass/mid driver. The a 25mm silk dome tweeter can be adjusted up to 30º off axis and angled in any direction from the centre, thanks to its ball and socket design. This allows installers to optimise listening positions, regardless of location – which simply wouldn’t be possible with a traditional fixed tweeter design.
Further fine tuning of the wide-dispersion speaker is possible via a treble adjustment switch. It can be left in the central position for passive response or switched left or right for a 3 decibel boost or cut of high frequencies. Speaker impedance can also be selected as either 4 or 8 Ohms as required.
