Adamson moves into Nanjing district nightclub

The nightclub located in the Nanjing District, China, now features a range of Adamson loudspeaker solutions; helping to ensure the club fulfil the 'high calibre house music' design scheme.

Club Enzo is the latest addition to the popular Nanjing strip, China. To uphold its considered status as the flagship venue of the Nanjing Trendsetter Entertainment Management, the new 9500sft (875sqm) venue has been equipped with an array of Adamson speaker solutions.

The club was designed and architecturally constructed with high calibre dance music in mind. To meet these specifications, Adamson’s distributor for China, Hong Kong and Macao, Real Music Acoustic & Lighting Technology, was tasked with the design and installation of the system.

The goal was to ensure thee club could push the limits, with a max SPL level at 130dB all the while maintaining a ±3dB uniformity throughout the venue.

Installed were 16 x M212 and 42 x Point 15-P (passive), which hang above the dance floors and lounge area. These provide at least two direct sound points on every seat in the building. The low end extension is covered by 32 flown Point 215 subs, which were fitted in conjunction with six extremely powerful Adamson T21 subs, which were placed strategically. These can offer up to 6000w of bass.

Real Music Acoustic & Lighting Technology chose to pair the Adamson speakers with the CAMCO Vortex series of amplifiers and the APEX Intelli-X248 audio processor. Real Music’s Wang Zhen explained: “There are 24 DSP channels in three APEX Intelli-X248, with M212’s divided into two groups which take four channels, the 42 Point 15-P’s take 12 channels, Point 215 Sub take the remaining eight channels.” Real Music also ensured that the M212 and Point 15-P speakers RAL colour matched the aesthetics of the venue.
