The 3730 ScreenArray system utilises a single-driver, midrange horn with a 6.5in cone transducer and JBL’s patented high-frequency horn with Screen Spreading Compensation (SSC) – a technology that automatically corrects the spread of high-frequency information through perforated screens. This provides the ScreenArray system with an asymmetrical coverage pattern 10° down from horizontal for uniform sound to every seat in stadium-type auditoriums.
The 3730 ScreenArray features a selectable biamp or fully passive switchable crossover and a high-frequency, polymer diaphragm, neodymium compression driver designed to maximise output.
In addition, the low-frequency section houses 15in transducers with ribbon wire voice coils for low distortion and high efficiency.
