As Technology Exposed enters its third year, the exhibition looks set to continue its innovative approach to trade shows as it will, once again, present working integrated solutions on 19-20 September 2012.

Technology Exposed 2012 takes place at Ascot racecourse, September 19-20, with it set to feature a number of UK firsts as part of fully integrated technologies. The show, organised by the Midwich group of specialist distributors, will have three dedicated areas enabling attendees to experience integrated technology working as part of complete solutions; these will be set across the command and control, healthcare and leisure markets. “In these troubled economic times, growing a business can be even more difficult,” says Stephen Fenby, Midwich Managing Director. “We’ve seen that a great way to build business is to integrate technology to provide a total solutions package to customers.” Among other interests, command and control solutions will comprise a security solution live in action, with live IP surveillance feeds from security camera located throughout show. Images for these will be projected from Panasonic technology onto an AV Stumpfl screen. Meanwhile, wireless and wired infrastructure for this segment, and the show, will be provided by SilverNet and ZyXEL Leisure solutions will focus on technology working for the entertainment world, with integrated technologies for venues such as bars, clubs, outdoor leisure venues, and holiday parks. This segment will also feature resource-saving solutions, whereby the latest office equipment on show will look at saving time, simplifying operations and cutting costs. Elsewhere healthcare solutions will at how integrated technology can facilitate medical process, with video conferencing solutions playing a part in this segment’s offering. For instance, Radvision video conferencing will be working in conjunction with high-end visualisers and AV products to enable consultants working remotely to share information quickly and efficiently.
Last year at the show visitors were subject to the first UK showing of Samsung’s multi-touch display, the SUR40.
