Remodelled PSNEurope enjoys Frankfurt launch

Pro Sound News Europe has relaunched as PSNEurope today, the first day of Prolight + Sound 2012.

The leading monthly news-based title for the entire European professional audio industry, Pro Sound News Europe (Installation Europe’s sister title) has relaunched as PSNEurope today, Wednesday 21 March.

Following an extended period of review and redesign, the industry’s favourite title received an overhaul, both in terms of content, look and style, and goes live and online at www.prosoundnewseurope.com on Wednesday morning. The PSNEurope team is presenting the publication to clients, readers and friends at the Frankfurt PL+S show.

“We’ve done a damn fine job of bringing the news to the European pro-audio community over the last 25 years, even if I do say so myself,” said an enthusiastic editor Dave Robinson, yesterday. “But now it’s time for a shake-up and a make-over.”

“The new PSNEurope retains everything that was good about PSNE, and ratchets it up about 15 levels. Now the mag has the sort of contemporary look and feel that is so deserving of our dynamic and exciting industry. And it’s all down to the hard work of the team: Adam Butler, Dawn Boultwood, Jo Ruddock, and our brilliant new staff writer Erica Basnicki; Nick and Steve in sales; and Alistair and Sean in production.

“At this initial stage I’d also like to thank our new digital edition and iPad app sponsor, Soundcraft, who has partnered with us to promote our latest digital products. There will be more to come on this in the next few months.”

“It’s really rather delicious to be going to a trade show knowing that, this time, it’s PSNEurope that is going to be making a ‘product debut’. I’m looking forward to hearing what people think…”
