Pyramid AV secures videoconferencing contract with insurance company

Pyramid AV, has secured a six-figure contract to supply and maintain AV and video conferencing integration systems within QBE Insurance offices across Europe.

Plymouth, UK-based Pyramid AV has secured a six-figure contract to supply and maintain AV and videoconferencing integration systems within QBE Insurance offices across Europe.

QBE Insurance is Australia’s largest global insurer employing 16,000 people in 52 countries around the world.

Nic Black, managing director of Pyramid AV (pictured), commented: “We are delighted to continue our work with QBE Insurance. We have been working with them for the last four years on more than 100 projects, and have now secured an on-going contract to look after all their audiovisual and videoconferencing systems in their offices across Europe.

“I am very proud of our small but innovative team which prides itself in producing creative solutions for all manner of clients. We have a strong team ethos and successful project record.”

A spokesman for QBE Insurance said: “As our preferred supplier for AV and VC systems and support, we have benefited from the design, guidance, implementation and support services received by Pyramid over the last few years, and they have completed nearly 100 projects ranging from small works to large fit-outs.

“All these projects are designed to assist QBE to work towards our corporate goal of ‘agile working’ and the effective use of videoconferencing and integrated AV systems is seen as key part in the move towards a more efficient way of bring the global businesses together and improving communication as well as impacting on the efficiency of our business and the environmental benefits this brings.”
