Paradigm is dnp’s ‘Partner of the Year’

Winning its recent order for 200+ Supernova screens was a significant factor in Paradigm being selected as dnp's 'Partner Of The Year'.

UK distributor Paradigm Audio Visual has been presented with dnp Denmark’s ‘Partner of the Year’ award, in recognition of outstanding sales of dnp’s front- and rear-projection systems over the past year.

dnp Denmark’s Global Sales & Marketing Manager, Søren Kræmmergaard, presented the award to Paradigm founder and CEO, Greg Jeffreys, and Supernova specialist, Dave Stephen, at company headquarters in Karslunde, Denmark during a Partner Recertification Programme.

Kræmmergaard paid tribute to Paradigm’s early adoption of the Supernova platform, and having enrolled early into the Partner Programme, backed up their rear-projection sales by recruiting a dedicated Supernova specialist in Dave Stephen, to supervise their front projection platform.

This had paid almost instant dividends, with an order last month for well over 200 dnp Supernova Core 16:10 optical screens (reported here) for deployment in state-run schools operated by the London Borough of Dagenham & Barking.

“We were particularly impressed by this initiative and by tripling Supernova sales, Paradigm has become the most improved distributor within this time period,” noted Kræmmergaard. “Their capability to find and identify new distribution channels has also been an important factor in the decision, as well as the fact that they have demonstrated that they were not afraid to use social networking, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter — and AV forums — to broaden their marketing base.”

Jeffreys expressed his surprise and delight with the accolade. “I had been invited to Denmark to give a keynote speech connected with our recertification — and this was a real bonus,” he said. “It is a great honour, and something we will certainly be shouting about.”

“dnp is a genuinely superb company, and we’ve always been convinced of Supernova’s technical superiority,” continued Jeffreys. “Although we’ve enjoyed respectable sales we were never able to give it the resource it needed until we took on Dave Stephen. Establishing any new technology requires a lot of hard grind. But we have put a lot of investment into the platform in the form of greater exhibition participation, and this in turn has resulted in us giving more product demos.”

“Dave has done a fantastic job in pulling off the educational orders but, as Søren alluded to, he has also thought astutely about how to market Supernova into different channels. As for Barking & Dagenham they tell us it’s the best technology they have seen.”
