The new department has been created in response to increasing customer demand for integration services and solutions, and will handle all matters related to the integration of ONELAN products with third party systems.
The Integration Services department is being headed up by Andy Cordwell, who has more than 20 years’ experience in delivering software solutions to his credit and has been involved in all aspects of ONELAN product development.
A number of third party integrations have already been rolled out at locations including Assumption Grammar School, NHS Bristol and Highbury College.
Cordwell told IE: “The goal of ONELAN’s new Integration Services department is two fold: increase the value of existing signage deployments by displaying relevant content from existing IT systems; [and] expand into new markets, where there is greater need to provide systems integration or specialist systems engineering experience. We will be working with the backing of the ONELAN product development engineers and media creation teams, allowing us to utilise unrivalled product knowledge, systems and media design experience to deliver high quality and cost effective digital signage solutions. I’m proud to be leading this key department, and am excited by the opportunities that lay in the months and years ahead.”
ONELAN is probably best-known for its Net-Top-Box (NTBs) multimedia, multi-zoned solutions for digital signage networks. The company’s NTBs are now installed in a wide variety of retail outlets, educational premises and healthcare facilities, as well as high-profile corporates such as Vodafone, Virgin Holidays and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
