The all-new Total Clarity range of high-end loudspeakers from Ohm has been designed for installation and mobile applications and, according to the manufacturer, is the culmination of its biggest R&D project for many years.
Ohm says its objective was to create the smoothest sounding, best performing and easiest to use loudspeakers.
There are eleven new products in the range including seven full range cabinets and four subwoofers. The full-range units offer two wide dispersion models, three arrayable cabinets and two smaller models, whilst the subwoofers cover 15in to dual 18in designs. Ohm’s single 18in horn-loaded subwoofer reaches down to 34Hz in coupled cluster arrangements at high SPLs.
Ohm claims to be one of the few loudspeaker companies retaining and investing in all manufacturing processes in the UK, and company founder, Jo Olenski, says a great deal of time and attention has gone into this new line.
“We have minimised the number of amplifiers and controllers needed to create superb systems in a variety of arrayed and stacked combinations,” Olenski insists. “This makes the Total Clarity range commercially attractive to installers and mobile owner-drivers as well as offering stunning audio performance.”
