Nvest, a leading provider of training solutions to the AV industry, has expanded its offering with the launch of a new technical support service for resellers.
The outsourced service will enable vendors to provide comprehensive support to customers who purchase digital signage, video conferencing interactive whiteboard and Voice Over IP products.
Nvest already provides training to buyers of products of major brands such as Cisco, LG and LifeSize, and the launch of the new service directly follows the company’s acquisition earlier this month by Inbay Limited.
