NTi Audio has opened a new office in Prague to strengthen its customer service in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company says that close cooperation with customers is essential in today’s business: this move means that local customers get direct access to the manufacturer and factory support for professional solutions in sound level monitoring, acoustic analysis and audio measurements.
In order to guarantee a smooth transition, Bedrich Votypka (pictured) has been retained from the former sales organisation. Votypka is, says the company, a senior acoustic engineer with a proven record of selling and supporting test and measurement systems at Brüel & Kjaer Prague for 28 years: his experience as a former service manager, followed by a period as sales manager and CEO in recent years, are expected to bring customer value for the new NTi Audio Prague office. NTi Audio believes that the new venture is well positioned for challenging applications in installation, live sound, studio, broadcast, environmental noise measurement and production testing.
“The established NTi Audio Prague office gives me the possibility to continue extending both market development and customer support for NTi Audio”, said Votypka. “NTi Audio’s test and measurement solutions have gained more and more customer interest in recent years. I plan to focus on dedicated sales and application support to our customers in Czech Republic and Slovakia”.
