After 13 years at Armour Home, Adrian Ickeringill has joined HD distribution solutions manufacturer Grandbeing UK as HD product manager.
Latterly in charge of Armour Home’s Newbuild Division, Ickeringill has long been a familiar face in the UK CI sector. In his new role at Grandbeing UK, he will support the current UK resellers for Armour, Habitech, Tradestech and HD Cable & Scion Technology, as well taking responsibility for appointing distributors to represent the company’s HD vision brand throughout the EU.
“Having enjoyed thirteen years with Armour Home, the opportunity to take a new direction and challenge and join a progressive manufacturer involved in development of market leading HD distribution options was too good to miss,” said Ickeringill. “Grandbeing is at the forefront in development of HD distribution and has an exciting roadmap of products currently being developed at the factory in Schenzen.”
Elaborating on specific objectives, Ickeringill told IE Residential: “We are a [small team] in the UK, but we are aiming to expand over the next two years through distribution in Europe and also via support for our partners in the UK. We want to get the message across about HD distribution and help installers to feel confident that this is the way forward and that these products do work reliably.”
