As the EN54 series of fire safety standards pass into European law, TOA has announced that more of its products have received EN54-24 loudspeaker system certification.
The manufacturer has confirmed that the PC-2369EN ceiling speaker, along with horn and box speakers BS-678BSB, BS-678BSW, CS-64BS, CS-154BS and SC-615BS, the PC-1867FC ceiling speaker and the BS-680FC steel cabinet speaker have all been given EN54-24 approval. The entire VM-3000 Series PA/VA System and network-based SX-2000 Voice Evacuation Systems are also approved. Next in line for certification is the company’s VX-2000 Voice Evacuation System, which should be certified in the near-future.
Next month’s Prolight+Sound exhibition in Frankfurt will see the company place a particular emphasis on its EN54-certified products.
