Lutron Electronics presented products from its new Energy Suite alongside its residential systems for the first time at ISE 2010. The fully scalable range can control light levels and usage across multiple floors, whole buildings and entire campuses.

Developed to offer energy-saving potential and sustainability in both new and retrofit commercial and residential spaces, the Energy Suite has relevance to corporate, industrial and public sector applications.

Products in the new range include: Green Glance, a display software package which provides real-time and historic reporting on energy savings within a building; Radio Powr Savr (pictured) and Rania Wireless RF Switch, a wireless sensor and switch designed for easy installation; Grafik Eye QS Wireless, a preset light and shade control system; and Energi Savr Node QS, which controls light by connecting occupancy sensors, daylight sensors and wall-stations to DALI ballasts.

Products from the Energy Suite also form part of the recently introduced light management solution, Quantum, which is designed to reduce the lighting costs of commercial buildings by up to 60%.

Along with the Energy Suite, ISE visitors had the opportunity to see and find out more about Lutron residential control solutions, including HomeWorks, Sivoia QS and Pico.

“ISE provides us with a fabulous opportunity to show the increasing potential that light control solutions offer to those looking to install stylish energy-saving technology,” said Andrew Bechgaard, head of marketing Europe at Lutron. “Not only does our Energy Suite offer users improved comfort and productivity within a commercial environment, but it also saves energy.”
