Naostage to present daily live dance performances

Tracking pioneer will offer an immersive media show, hands-on demos, and dance shows using its K SYSTEM platform, in partnership with fellow French companies Groupe Novelty and XD motion

Naostage, creator of a beaconless 3D tracking and show control solution, will offer an immersive media show, hands-on demonstrations, and exclusive live dance performances in Hall 6 on booth 6L900. In partnership with fellow French companies Groupe Novelty and XD motion – with which it is sharing its 156msqm booth – as well as several other key industry partners, the tracking pioneer invites ISE attendees to discover what it calls “the power of real-time tracking”.

The showcase features a 6m × 4m LED wall and 6m × 6m LED floor provided by Groupe Novelty (via its Spanish subsidiary, Novelty Spain). Leveraging Naostage’s tracking platform, K SYSTEM, to create interactions between guests and the LED video content, a looped five-minute AV show will transform the space into an interactive celebration of the immersive potential offered by the combination of real-time tracking with audio, video and lighting technology.

The highlight of the stand will be an exclusive dance show, performed only once a day, during the first three days of the show. Featuring dynamic modern music, and created by a professional choreographer, this live performance will be enhanced by an interactive media show, created by Cutback using Naostage’s tracking technology.

Both shows (live and looped) will take advantage of Naostage’s skeletal recognition technology, a new feature that will be exclusively previewed at the show.

The Naostage stand will benefit from the expertise of co-exhibiting partners Groupe Novelty and XD motion: Novelty Spain, a Groupe Novelty company, will be using its rental staging expertise, providing the lighting, cabling, camera and networking equipment, as well as the LED screens in the immersive experience area, whilst XD motion will be showcasing its ARCAM IO.BOT software and PTZ /X tower robotics solutions to demonstrate the capabilities of Naostage’s beaconless tracking system.

More AVL technology will be used on the stand including Cutback (video content), d&b audiotechnik (immersive sound), La Fabsonic (audio content) and Smode Tech (media servers).

Visitors to stand 6L900 will also have the opportunity to experience K SYSTEM first hand, with Naostage hosting several interactive environments and scenarios (such as games and ‘painting’) designed to showcase how the beaconless tracking technology can enable audience participation in fixed installations such as exhibitions and visitor attractions.
