Jetbuilt, a leader in AV project sales and management software, will debut major platform updates Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025. Leading these updates is the AI-driven Jetbot Service Desk, a key addition to the service module.
Also centre stage will be Jetbuilt’s Project Platform for Everyone initiative, which the company says unites all project stakeholders – manufacturers, consultants, integrators, vendors, and end users – in an ecosystem of communication and collaboration.
The latest upgrades to Jetbuilt’s project platform draw on insights from the Jetbuilt Vendor Advisory Council, annual user summits, and a dedicated user experience team.
Jetbot Service Desk is an AI-powered solution that enables 24/7 automated, device-specific troubleshooting. Jetbuilt says it eliminates the guesswork typically involved with diagnosing issues. Jetbot Service Desk also auto-generates support logs and tickets.
Paul Dexter, founder and chief executive officer for Jetbuilt said: “The recent expansions and added functionalities to our platform are designed to turn good solutions into outstanding ones. We’re particularly excited to showcase our Jetbot Service Desk to Europe for the first time, as it embodies our dedication to providing round-the-clock support that streamlines workflows, enhances the user experience and reduces service demands.”
He concluded: “With these latest updates and our expanded AI-driven capabilities, we are reinforcing Jetbuilt’s role as an essential resource for AV project management, empowering our users to deliver exceptional results and adapt to an ever-changing industry landscape.”
