Evoko, a Swedish pioneer in advanced scheduling systems, has been acquired by Biamp.
Evoko’s latest products include its Liso Room Manager, which integrates with most platforms for a seamless connection to user’s calendars, and Kleeo Desk Manager for offices using flexible seating. The latter shows which workspace is available, booked or checked-in, and is simple to use, with user identification using RFID, auto check-in via sensor, and 23 user interface languages.
Rashid Skaf, president, CEO, and co-chairman of Biamp said: “This acquisition will enhance our portfolio of collaboration solutions and provide customers with more comprehensive solutions for managing their meeting spaces by adding room scheduling and more device connectivity options.”
Skaf believes Evoko’s “innovative desk scheduling system is perfect for helping organisations easily and effectively implement hoteling schemes in their workplace” and that Evoko will “revolutionise desk scheduling, just as it did with room scheduling years earlier”.
