The newly launched gx 3 generative video playback server is on display at the disguise stand. Released ahead of the show, the server comes with Notch graphics, which the company says is “the standard for generative content in live entertainment”.
Suitable for live events including concerts, esports tournaments and theme park attractions, the gx 3 has Nvidia A6000 GPU processing and is capable of generating over 53,000 Notchmarks, which the company says is the highest result from a media server. The additional processing power enables generative content capabilities such as facial tracking, simulation and buffer effects, and AI background removal for IMAG.
The gx 3 includes a two-year Notch licence, a new PCIe 4.0 motherboard, and increased storage capabilities. The machine also features three 12G inputs for 4K video and three 4K VFC card outputs, and two 100GbE network ports as standard.
