Renkus-Heinz launches subwoofer and control software

Loudspeaker manufacturer debuts ICLX-48S and RHAON 3, as well as offering an immersive demo room at ISE 2026

Renkus-Heinz launches its ICLX-48S column subwoofer and preview RHAON 3 control software at ISE 2026, alongside an immersive demo room showcasing audio solutions for challenging acoustic environments.

The ICLX-48S, initially announced at InfoComm 2025, expands the company’s IC Live X Series of modular, steerable arrays with a matching vertical form factor that can be flown or wall-mounted alongside ICLX arrays in a unified column configuration.

Renkus-Heinz says the compact subwoofer delivers low-frequency extension and musicality typically associated with larger models, enabling integrators to deploy high-performance, full-range sound systems in space-constrained installations.

Renkus-Heinz will also showcase RHAON 3, a completely reengineered control and monitoring platform featuring a redesigned interface and streamlined workflow. The software integrates the company’s OmniBeam algorithm, which simplifies beam-steered system configuration into a single-click process through its “Snap to Audience” feature that generates custom-tailored sound coverage.

Brandon Heinz, product manager at Renkus-Heinz, said: “Our demo room is a genuine opportunity for us to show potential customers what we do and how we do it – and that our solutions can be truly transformative and yet still within the reach of everyone. We aim to leave visitors inspired by the possibilities of what they can achieve with Renkus-Heinz’s particular alchemy of premium sound quality, elegant aesthetics and advanced integration options.”

The company’s demo room E8 will utilise active acoustics from technology partner Amadeus Acoustics to transport attendees through various acoustic spaces, demonstrating how Renkus-Heinz’s directional audio technology delivers clarity in challenging environments from live music venues to transit hubs.

The demonstration will feature the IC Live X Series steerable arrays, passively steered UBX Series, and C Series point-source loudspeakers, showcasing the breadth of the manufacturer’s product range.

Visitors can experience the products at booth 7G100 and demo room E8 at ISE 2026.
