Humly to unveil new visitor management suite

Company will use ISE 2026 to debut updated software aimed at streamlining guest handling for offices and enterprise facilities

Humly has introduced an updated version of its visitor management platform, with the new Humly Visitor suite set for its public debut at ISE 2026. Now shipping, the next-generation software is designed to broaden the scope of visitor handling for workplaces of all sizes, offering two service tiers aimed at different operational needs.

Visitors to stand 2W300 will be able to see demonstrations of Visitor Standard and Visitor Professional, which the company says represent a significant expansion beyond the original platform’s basic check-in/check-out workflow. Both versions are intended to support the full visitor journey, from unplanned arrivals to pre-registered guests, while reducing pressure on reception staff and improving communication with hosts.

Visitor Standard updates the core functionality of the initial release, including check-in, host notifications and badge printing, with Humly adding smoother processes and more customisation options. New features include support for additional visitor details, recognition of repeat visitors and expanded administrative controls for front-desk and IT teams.

Humly says the enterprise-focused Visitor Professional tier introduces more advanced functionality for higher-traffic environments such as corporate campuses, large office buildings and industrial facilities. The platform is designed to streamline pre-registration, enhance security measures and allow more detailed location information, including links to Google Maps and Apple Maps. It also offers additional invitation methods and an Outlook add-in to simplify guest registration.

Anders Karlsson, CEO at Humly, said: “We have refreshed the check-in and check-out process in its second generation while amplifying its value proposition across the visitor journey, including advanced pre-registration, automated host communication, and more depending on which tier the customer chooses. The entire concept is to flexibly scale the visitor management workflow in ways that fit each business’s ecosystem: start small, and grow into what you need.”

ISE 2026 takes place February 2-5 at Fira de Barcelona.
