Exclusive: ADI responds to ISE 2026

Matt Kamp, VP product development, ADI, on how conversations in Barcelona revealed the desire for deeper integration, simplified system architecture and single partners to support projects

How many times have you attended ISE, and in what capacity?
ADI has been an exhibitor for many years; however, this year brought a fresh focus under our new mantra, ‘ADI Gives You More’, which shaped how we showed up as one company with Snap One and for our customers. It’s been exciting to see how our combined presence continues to evolve and deliver more value each year.

Overall, how was ISE 2026 for you?
ISE 2026 was a strong show for ADI. We saw high engagement from integrators across the globe who are looking for scalable, future-ready solutions that simplify integration while creating new business opportunities. The response to the global rollout of Control4 X4 and the introduction of Control4 Connect was particularly exciting, as dealers are increasingly interested in platform-led ecosystems that support long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue models.

There was also significant interest in our next-generation T5 in-wall touchscreens and expanded lighting portfolio, especially around interoperability with protocols such as KNX, DALI and DMX for regional flexibility. Beyond product launches, the in-booth training sessions were consistently full, reinforcing how important hands-on education and local support are to our customers.

Overall, ISE validated that integrators want deeper integration, simplified system architecture and a single partner that can support projects from design through to long-term service. The energy at the stand reflected strong confidence in the market and in ADI’s unified ecosystem approach.

Numbers were up again, so how was footfall for you, and what about the quality of leads?
We saw a steady stream of integrators, AV professionals and dealers eager to explore our expanded ecosystem of smart living solutions. In particular, the live demonstrations of Control4 X4, Control4 Connect and our next-generation T5 in-wall touchscreens sparked in-depth conversations about scalability, interoperability and real-world deployments.

Many visitors were decision-makers actively evaluating platform-led solutions for both residential and commercial projects, seeking hands-on training and exploring ways to expand their business with recurring revenue opportunities. Overall, the show reinforced that our portfolio – from Triad and Episode audio systems to Luma surveillance, WattBox power management and OvrC remote monitoring – resonates with integrators looking for unified, scalable solutions.

Did you engage with the ISE Daily, either by reading it or by contributing editorially or promotionally?
Yes, we submitted content to the ISE Daily in the lead-up to the show and read each edition once live. Our products and solutions were featured in the day 1–3 issues, including Control4 T5 in-wall touchscreens, Control4 X4, Triad Stratus and Allsee A-Boards. Being highlighted in the show dailies helped us showcase the breadth of our portfolio and connect with integrators and AV professionals visiting ISE.

Did you nominate any of your products for the Best of Show awards? If not, do you have a particular reason?
Yes, we submit entries to the ISE Best of Show awards each year. This year, Lux by Control4 was a winner, alongside Control4 T5 and Triad Stratus.
